Born and raised in New Jersey, Lauren found her love of acting and voice in high school. She performed in all the high school plays and musicals. She was also on the Forensic Speech and Debate Team where she won numerous awards including First Place in The New Jersey State Forensic Tournament for Dramatic Interpretation of a Poem.

She went on to study at Boston University and then The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City, birthplace of the Meisner Technique of Acting.

Lauren is a versatile voice actress with a captivating textured voice that is well suited for commercials, documentaries, animation, video games, narration, promos, looping, as well as educational/instructional narration. Lauren records from her broadcast quality custom home studio equipped with a Sennheiser MKH 416 microphone, Neumann TLM 103 microphone, Audient iD14 Audio Interface and Source Connect.
